A cookie cutter with internal embossing for detailed biscuits, cake decorations and more. What is it suitable for? For various types of dough, fondant and marzipan. The contours are embossed directly when cutting out, so you don't have to do as much decorating afterwards. The tinplate cutter from Städter can be easily cleaned by hand in warm water after use. How is it used? Flour your work surface, hands and mold, roll out the dough with the rolling pin to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut out the motifs. For crispy results, bake the biscuits on baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until they are golden brown. The cutter produces clear contours and makes it easier to decorate with royal icing: fill or trace, color as desired and leave to dry. The motif is also suitable for cupcakes, muffins and cakes. The cutter gives you shapes with clean contours that become softer or crispier depending on the thickness of the dough - also ideal as a joint baking project with children.
