For cake decorations made from fondant or marzipan, use the small locomotives to create pretty accents. How is it used? Roll out the floured dough thinly, cut out the motifs and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. When rolled out thinly, the biscuits will be crispy; if they are approx. 0.5 cm thick, they will remain softer. Cold butter is ideal for kneading dough; if the dough becomes sticky, chill it briefly. You can then use the locomotive cutter to decorate as you wish: food coloring, icing or royal icing can be applied to cooled biscuits; sprinkled decorations adhere particularly well. The locomotive cookie cutter is made of stainless steel and can be rinsed under running water or cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
