Angled pallet / Angled spatula Maxi, 45 cm

An angled stainless steel spatula with a fixed wooden handle makes precise work in the bakery and kitchen easier. The angled spatula Maxi is 45 cm long and offers optimum freedom of movement thanks to its shape close to the handle. What is it suitable for? For smoothing out batters, smoothing cakes and creams, lifting cakes, patisserie or even turning meat in an uncoated pan. How is it used? The thin, yet sturdy stainless steel blade with rounded tip guides safely over buttercream, Swiss merengue or ganache and allows clean scraping and precise portioning. It also supports even movements when tabléing chocolate on the marble slab.
