These elegant aluminum cones are a pretty and practical alternative to the classic praline mould. The set contains 100 pieces in five different colors: Blue, silver, red, gold and green. The variety of colors makes them ideal for Christmas, birthdays, weddings and any other occasion when you want to give homemade chocolates as a gift. The cones can be filled directly with a rather firm ganache, which then sets in the fridge. To do this, boil cream, for example, pour it over milk couverture drops and stir until smooth. Once cooled, pour the ganache into a piping bag with a star or rosette nozzle and fill the sachets to the top. The star nozzle creates a particularly attractive surface. Small decorations such as a crispy pearl, a mocha bean or dried flowers create elegant accents. The ganache can also be flavored with a little mocha paste - but be careful not to make the filling too soft. Alternatively, you can fill the cones with ready-made truffles or chocolates. Simply chill them briefly and give them away prettily wrapped - a stylish chocolate gift is ready.
