With the Harry Potter HP logo cookie cutter made of stainless steel in gold color, you can create even motifs for themed birthdays or Hogwarts-style cake decorations. The cutter is ideal for biscuits, fondant and marzipan and measures 7 cm long, 10.5 cm high and 2.5 cm wide. It is made of rust-free, food-safe stainless steel and is dishwasher-safe. In addition to dough, the cutter can also be used in the craft sector for modelling clay, salt dough, felt and for moulding soap or candles. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter lightly with flour before use. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the motifs. For crispy biscuits, roll out the dough very thinly. For softer biscuits, a thickness of around 0.5 cm is recommended. Then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. As soon as the dough becomes too warm or sticky, place it in the fridge for a few minutes. Cold butter is recommended for a stable dough, as it holds the dough together. After baking and cooling, you can decorate the biscuits with royal icing. Apply the icing to the cooled biscuits with a brush. The cookie cutter is also suitable for decorating with fondant or marzipan. Roll out the mixture with a little baking starch, cut out the logo and attach the decorations to cakes, muffins or cupcakes with edible glue, ganache or buttercream. After use, the mould can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
