Description

Massa Ticino is very suitable for modeling and frosting. It is easy to work with, covers far better than most other rolled fondants and is perfect for decorating festive cakes.

It is not without reason that the sugar paste is one of the most frequently used fondants worldwide. Tropic" also copes better with humidity, especially on warmer days, and has a more balanced taste.

The fondant cake can easily be stored in the fridge in a cake box without any visible damage to the cake.

You can dye the fondant with gel dyes or take 2 different colored fondants and mix them.
