Shape letter cookies, cake or cupcake decorations from dough, fondant or marzipan in no time at all. What is the cutter particularly suitable for? For biscuits, savory and sweet doughs as well as fine decorations made from fondant and marzipan. How is it used? Roll out the dough lightly floured, cut out the motif and bake the biscuits at 200 °C until golden brown. For a nice embossing, we recommend a dough thickness of about 0.5 cm; rolled out thinly, the cookies will be crispier. Cold butter is ideal for kneading dough; if the dough becomes sticky, place it briefly in the fridge. Once cooled, the cookies can be decorated with royal icing, icing, chocolate or sprinkles. The letter H cookie cutter measures 6.5 cm x 5 cm x 2 cm and is made of stainless steel; the cutter can simply be put in the dishwasher after use.
