Soft melting fondant, 1.20 kg
Soft melting fondant for even glazes. What is it suitable for? For crème slices, caracs, petit fours, carrot cake and carrot heads. How is it used? Pour the required amount into a small pan and heat while stirring constantly; the ideal processing temperature is approx. 35 °C for caracs or carrot cake. For crème slices, petit fours or Mohrenköpfe, the melting fondant is heated to approx. 65 °C. If the mixture becomes too firm, add a little sugar syrup as required; the hotter it is heated, the faster it will set. The melted fondant (liquid fondant), 1.20 kg, can be colored with paste or liquid colors. Apply decorations immediately after icing while the icing is still soft.Product Name & Allergy Information
