This extra-thin aluminum baking tray measuring 44 x 35 cm impresses with its excellent heat conduction and versatility in the oven, fridge or freezer. Thanks to the thinness of the material, pizza, tarte flambée, puff pastry, pretzel pastries and croissants are particularly crispy, while cake sponges, cake bases and tartlets are airy, even and perfectly baked. If required, place baking paper on top, fill doughs at room temperature and place the tray in the oven. It heats up in seconds and then cools down again just as quickly. In the fridge or freezer, it serves as a mobile base for layering, chilling or freezing, for example for Velvet Spray or Mirror Glaze.
