FunCakes CMC Powder – Tylose is an essential ingredient for hardening your fondant and making it easier to create detailed decorations. By simply adding this powder to your fondant, you’ll achieve a firmer texture, ideal for shaping flowers, figurines, or other intricate decorative elements. But that's not all! CMC Powder – Tylose can also be used to prepare edible glue, perfect for assembling your decorations with ease.
Preparation:
To harden fondant, simply use about 3 g (1 teaspoon) of CMC powder for 250 g of fondant. If you want to prepare edible glue, mix 1 unit of CMC powder with 30 units of water. Let the mixture rest overnight before using it to get ready-to-use glue.
