Pumpkin cookie cutter with embossing

The pumpkin cutter with internal embossing brings an autumn and Halloween atmosphere directly to your cookie plate. The 5.8 cm mould draws fine grooves and details of the pumpkin directly into the dough and makes decorating noticeably easier. The mould is suitable for classic butter biscuits, Milanese biscuits, gingerbread and pointed biscuits as well as for fondant, marzipan and flower paste. The pumpkin cutter is particularly popular for Halloween cookies, autumn buffets, Thanksgiving celebrations and as a motif on cupcakes, muffins and autumn cakes. The cutter is also an enrichment for Halloween aperitifs and autumn buffets. Cheese slices, sausage leaves or puff pastry flakes can be turned into spooky pumpkin snacks that add an original touch to Halloween parties and autumn brunches. Pumpkin-shaped carrot or cucumber slices are also a hit on children's plates. For a clean result, dust the work surface, hands and mould with baker's starch. Baker's starch is finer than flour, slips better and does not leave white marks on the biscuits. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out the pumpkins and carefully lift the designs onto the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the preheated oven until the biscuits are golden brown. Refer to your recipe for the exact temperature and time. Three points make the difference between hot and washed-out embossing. Firstly: cold, non-sticky dough, in the fridge for ten minutes if necessary. Second: correct dough thickness, too thin will break, too thick will blur the details. Thirdly, always use cold butter when kneading dough. Once cooled, decorate the pumpkins with orange royal icing, icing or tempered chocolate. The embossing serves as a perfect guide for the lines with the cornet. For Halloween, scary pumpkin faces can be drawn with fine black icing, while brown stems and green leaves look particularly natural for an autumn look. The stainless steel cutter is easy to clean and will last a long time. An atmospheric helper for Halloween and autumn in the bakery.
