Nine dough wheels sit on a stainless steel rod in a transparent polycarbonate frame; they are made of food-safe acetal resin. The distance between the wheels can be adjusted individually and you can simply remove any excess wheels if required. With the transparent pasta pastry wheel, you can create clean, jagged cut edges just the way you want them. How do you adjust the distance? Slide some downwards, pull the holder slightly outwards, remove the rod, distribute the desired strips evenly and clamp the rod back in place. Then cut even strips for lasagne sheets, tagliatelle or squares for tortellini. Fresh pasta cooks in 2-4 minutes, dried or filled pasta in 4-6 minutes. The transparent pasta pastry wheel also helps you to decorate shortcrust pastry bases, puff pastry pockets and decorative biscuits.
