Funcakes Marshmallow fondant is exceptionally flexible and easy to use due to its soft structure. It hardens after use, but does not crack. It is ultra white in color and brings out a pleasant marshmallow-vanilla flavor.
For a cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need about 500g of fondant to completely cover the cake.
To make modeling decorations, you can add 1 heaping teaspoon of tylose per 250g of fondant.
