Each sugar sheet is placed on a thin plastic film, making it easy to handle. If you are printing images, insert the plastic-edged side first into the printer. These sugar sheets can be placed on moist surfaces like whipped cream, creams, or mousses. Although they are more resistant than wafer sheets, we still recommend placing the sugar sheets on your cake at the last minute to prevent them from warping due to refrigerator humidity.
