How to apply Fondant paper correctly
Each sugar sheet is mounted on a thin plastic film, which makes handling easier. When printing your images, insert the side with the plastic film into the printer first. These sugar sheets can be placed on moist surfaces such as whipped cream, creams or mousse. Even though they are more robust than wafer sheets, we still recommend placing them on the cake shortly before serving to avoid distortion caused by moisture in the refrigerator.
