The purees are shipped frozen and can be portioned after thawing, refrozen easily and used in a variety of ways - from buttercream, ganache, cake fillings and macarons to smoothies, yoghurt or cocktails. Thanks to its high quality and consistent consistency, the puree is ideal for seasonal use. Can be kept unopened in the fridge for approx. 1 year, opened for 12 days or frozen in portions.
