Fruit puree Exotique, 1 kg
Exotic fruit flavor: lemons and bananas from Ecuador, mango from India, limes from Mexico. Combine with what? Especially good with raspberry, pear, dark and milk chocolate. Exotique fruit puree 1 kg provides a reliable consistency and can be optimally portioned thanks to the 1 kg pack. How is it used? Defrost overnight in the fridge, then fill into 50, 100 or 200 g as required; it can be defrosted and refrozen several times. Unopened, it will keep for approx. 1 year in the fridge; open for 12 days, then freeze in portions. The shelf life in the freezer is approx. 1 year. Shipment is refrigerated. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched on Monday. On arrival, the puree is usually chilled at approx. 5 °C and can be processed or portioned immediately. Ideal for ganache, buttercream, Swiss meringue, crème pâtissière, macarons, desserts, yoghurt or ice cream/sorbet; for ice cream, add after the binding agent, blend with a hand blender and leave to mature.
