Pectin yellow ribbon, 30 g
This gelling agent supports the production of creams, fillings, glazes and fruit jellies - also in vegetarian and vegan recipes. What is it suitable for? For jams, marmalades, fruit jellies, confectionery such as jellies or jelly babies as well as stable cake fillings. Pectin Yellow Ribbon can be stirred into cold masses or cooked with them; mix the powder with one part sugar beforehand. How is it used? Approx. 5-6 g of pectin is recommended for 0.5 l of liquid; around 15 g of pectin for 1 kg of fruit, or at least 1% of the total mass for a firm jelly.
