Professional red double-sided food pen

The Rainbow Dust Double Sided Food Pen has a 0.5mm felt tip on one end and a 2.5mm felt tip on the other. The pen is particularly suitable for adding character to modelling work. Thanks to the different lead sizes, it can be used for colouring as well as for applying details, such as eyes and eyelashes on faces or veins on leaves and petals. The pen is available in 23 colours.

The special food grade ink dries quickly and is more suitable for precision work than paint applied with a brush. The pen works best on firm surfaces. It is therefore advisable to let the marzipan, fondant or pastillage dry slightly before applying the ink. The result will be even better. Close the pen properly before storing it to prevent the markers from drying out. If a felt-tip pen dries out, you can moisten it with a little water.

The pen is not suitable for colouring in large areas. In this case, it is better to use food colouring or a paint made from colouring powder and alcohol (Rejuvenator Spirit). The ink in the pen is water-based and therefore not suitable for decorations made from melted chocolate chips or candy melts.

Do not use more than 1 red pen per 66g of edible decoration.
