3D chocolate mold Chick Charlie, 6 pieces

With the 3D Chick Charlie chocolate mold, you can simultaneously cast six chicks as chocolate figures. Ideal as a gift for young and old or as an addition to the Easter basket. The chocolate mold is made of polycarbonate and consists of two mold halves with firmly attached metal handles. If used correctly, the mold can be used up to 100 times. Rinse the mold thoroughly with lukewarm water and a mild detergent before making the chocolate figures. Then dry the chocolate mold thoroughly. The inner surfaces must not be touched. Hold the mold by the edge and polish it with non-fraying absorbent cotton or a fine handkerchief. Only use high-quality tempered couverture. Colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture are suitable for decorating the chocolate mould. White couverture can be colored with fat-soluble powder colors, for beige mix 1/3 milk couverture with 2/3 white couverture. Work with a fine brush, sponge or gloved fingers from the outside inwards. Allow each layer to set briefly and turn the mold in between to check. Then brush the entire mold with the desired couverture, tap out any air bubbles and brush off any excess with a metal horn. Fill one half, fold the halves together, secure the handles, turn the mold in all directions for 2-3 minutes and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Carefully remove the figure from the mold with a spatula and decorate with fondant or sugar decorations as desired.
