This dark couverture chocolate impresses with 65% cocoa and a multi-layered aroma of cocoa and coffee, refined with notes of plum, orange blossom, raisin and a hint of cinnamon. The cocoa beans come from Sur del Lago in Venezuela. What is this couverture suitable for? You can use it to make exquisite chocolates and bars, create fine decorations for patisserie and desserts or glaze cakes and gateaux with a perfect sheen and crunchy texture. Melt, cool and reheat until the optimum processing temperature is reached; a chocolate thermometer helps you to check the temperature.
