Chocolate mold large rooster

This mold allows you to make a large rooster figure that fits perfectly in the Easter nest. Ideal for individual chocolate figurines as gifts - can also be cast together with children. Thanks to the finely textured surface, you can use the chocolate mold to cast an elegant-looking figure even without applying paint; you can add additional accents with details such as a red comb or subtly colored feathers. How is it used? Rinse the mold with lukewarm water and a mild detergent without lye or rinse aid, rinse, dry very well, avoid fingerprints and polish with lint-free absorbent cotton or a fine handkerchief. Only use high-quality tempered couverture (do not add water); temper in the appliance or in a water bath. Colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture are suitable for make-up; white couverture can be colored with fat-soluble powder colors. For beige, mix 1/3 milk couverture with 2/3 white couverture, both tempered, and work from the outside inwards with a brush, sponge or gloved fingers. Once the paint has set, brush the entire mold with couverture, turning occasionally so that no air bubbles remain, and smooth the surface with a metal horn. Place the mold halves together, secure them with the clamps provided and fill the mold completely; tap with the spatula handle, turn and pour out any excess couverture. If the wall is too thin, repeat the process, wipe off any drips and chill for 2-5 minutes. Spread some couverture on clean baking paper, press the chilled mold for the base into it and chill for 10-15 minutes; remove the clamps, chill again for the same length of time and carefully remove the figure from the mold halves using a spatula. You can then decorate with fondant or sugar decorations and wrap. Thanks to the simple procedure, the chocolate mold is ideal for use in a family setting.
