Easter cookie cutter set with 4 mini motifs, 5 pieces

This Easter cutter set brings springtime variety to the bakery. The 5-piece set made from robust stainless steel contains an Easter egg cutter and four lovely mini motifs, including a standing bunny, sitting bunny, chick and butterfly. The set is suitable for classic butter biscuits, Milanese biscuits, gingerbread biscuits and pointed biscuits as well as for fondant, marzipan and flower paste. It is particularly popular for Easter biscuits, where the top cookie has a pretty cut-out in the shape of a bunny, chick or butterfly. The motifs also look charming as cake decorations and toppers on cupcakes and muffins. The set can also be used for a hearty Easter brunch. Cheese slices, sausage leaves or puff pastry flakes are transformed into Easter canapés that stylishly enhance aperitif platters and sandwich buffets. It is best to dust the work surface and mould with baker's starch instead of flour. Baker's starch is much finer, reliably prevents sticking and remains invisible after baking. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out the Easter eggs first and then place the desired mini motifs in the middle of the top cookie. Carefully lift the motifs onto the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the biscuits in the preheated oven until golden brown, temperature and baking time according to the recipe. It is worth following a few basic rules to ensure successful results. Dough that sticks to the tin needs to be left to cool. If it is rolled out too thinly, the design will break; if it is too thick, the silhouette will look spongy. And another classic: Kneaded dough requires cold butter, never soft. Classic Easter biscuits are made by putting two baked Easter egg halves together with jam, with the top cookie showing the mini cut-out. Decorate the Easter eggs with royal icing in pastel shades, sugar pearls and colorful sprinkles. The stainless steel set is dishwasher-safe and will accompany you for many Easter seasons. A reliable helper for varied Easter baking fun.
