The cutter set brings detailed mini motifs to biscuits, cakes, muffins and cupcakes. The 1.5 cm cutters are suitable for different types of dough as well as fondant and marzipan. The set is particularly practical for mini cookies for sticking onto larger biscuits or for pointed biscuits. Roll out the dough thinly and lightly dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter with flour to prevent the dough from tearing. The biscuits will be crispy when rolled out thinly. For softer biscuits, you can leave them about 0.5 cm thick. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. We recommend using cold butter for a firm dough. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes as soon as you notice that it is getting too sticky or too warm. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing. If you wish, you can color the icing with food coloring and apply it with a brush. Additional accents can be added with sprinkles, icing or tempered chocolate. The set is also suitable for cake decorations made from fondant or marzipan. Roll out the mixture with a little baking starch and a rolling pin and cut out the motifs. After use, you can rinse the cutters under running water or clean them easily in the dishwasher.
