What is it suitable for? For smooth coatings with an elegant sheen and a soft bite. They do not crack even after cooling. How is it used? Place the cake icing drops in a bowl and melt briefly in the microwave or over a bain-marie, stirring occasionally. If only a few pieces are still visible, remove from the heat and continue stirring until everything has melted. The milk chocolate cake icing can be poured over cakes or Gugelhopf; place the baked goods on a rack over baking paper, excess icing will drip off and can be reused once it has set. For cake pops, cookies, cupcakes, eclairs or ice cream on a stick, dip the pieces completely or halfway into the icing and allow them to drip off briefly; work quickly, the icing sets quickly and shines beautifully. Two colors are particularly effective: pour a second color into a cornet paper or piping bag and pipe fine stripes, dots or patterns.
