What is it suitable for? For homely Advent cookies and fine cookies with a clear structure. How is it used? Depending on the dough, lightly oil or flour the model or sprinkle with baking starch. For thickly rolled-out dough, press the model into the dough; for thin dough, press the rolled-out dough into the model. If required, the pattern can be cut into four mini bear tirggels or biscuits. For marzipan, sprinkle the model with a little baking starch beforehand; depending on the thickness, press the mixture into the model or roll it out thinly, place it on top and press it in with your fingertips.
