Confectionery fondant Café Patisdecor 300 g
You can use this liquid fondant coffee to make icings for all your cakes such as eclairs, cream slices, caracs or donuts.
Its small format of 300g is very practical for producing small quantities. It is also pre-colored, which saves a considerable amount of time.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, stabilizer E471, natural flavouring, acid E330, preservative E202.
May contain traces of gluten, soy, milk and sulphites .
Instructions for use: Allow the chocolate patisserie fondant to soften before use at 30-35°C in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
