The Teddy Bear 68 mould was designed by pastry chef Eunji Lee and shapes 8 bears.

- Fruit shapes such as raspberries or hazelnuts look especially real when you finish the frozen desserts with coloured glaze or velvet spray.
- Freeze detailed motifs thoroughly and unmould them carefully so fine contours do not break.
- Fill the hollow of the mini dessert ring with fruit coulis, cream or glaze, and the open basket with fresh berries.
- The Christmas motif mould lets you make biscuits without cutters; it is also suitable for tempered chocolate.
