Versatile silicone baking dish for hot and cold preparations: robust, flexible and dishwasher-safe. It measures 30 x 17.5 x 3.6 cm, is cold and heat resistant from -40°C to +250°C and has 6 cavities with a diameter of 8 cm. What is it suitable for? For mousse, ice cream, sorbet, ice cubes, confectionery and small cakes, muffins or cake pop dough - just as you like it. Thanks to its smooth surface, the silicone mold can be released effortlessly by simply bending and pulling. How is it used? Use the piping bag to fill the cavities with cold mousse, brush off any excess and freeze for at least 4 hours; the mousse will then thaw again in the fridge. For baked goods, pour the batter into the moulds and bake according to the recipe, for example at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Caution: Silicone gets hot in the oven - always wear oven gloves and allow the mold to cool. To care for the mold, place it in a warm water bath with a little washing-up liquid for 5-10 minutes before first use; greasing is not necessary. After use, it can be put in the dishwasher. If necessary, you can degas the mold 1-2 times a year at 200°C top/bottom heat for 4 hours. Avoid knives or other sharp objects and use plastic or silicone cutlery. Remove any white residue that may form during prolonged storage with a water bath. Thanks to its flexible structure, the mold can be folded to save space and always returns to its original shape. You can also use the silicone mold to create hearty starters such as eggplant mousse or herb butter.
