For a successful panettone you need the right mould and the right accessories. This category offers paper baking moulds for panettone in 100 g (packs of 12 and 100), 500 g (packs of 5 and 25), 750 g (pack of 5) and 1 kg (pack of 5). That way you can bake small individual portions as well as large panettoni to give as gifts.
For cooling, the stainless steel panettone needle and the large panettone turning stand are the essentials: they let the panettone cool upside down. For packaging there are panettone bags in three sizes (25 x 34 cm, 32 x 44 cm and 40 x 48 cm).
