Panettone, pandoro & colomba moulds
Panettone, pandoro and colomba are among Italy's best-known festive bakes: panettone and pandoro are served at Christmas, the dove-shaped colomba at Easter. To give the yeast dough its typical shape you need the right mould. Here you will find panettone moulds, pandoro moulds and colomba moulds, plus accessories and matching ingredients.

Frequently asked questions
Which size of panettone mould should I choose?
Our panettone moulds come in 100 g, 500 g, 750 g and 1 kg. The 100 g size suits small individual portions, while 500 g, 750 g and 1 kg are for larger panettoni to share or give as gifts. Pick the size according to the number of guests.
Why is panettone cooled upside down?
After baking, the airy dough is still very soft. Hung upside down, the panettone does not collapse as it cools. For this we offer the stainless steel panettone needle and the large panettone turning stand.
What is the difference between pandoro and panettone?
Panettone is a tall, dome-shaped yeast cake, traditionally with candied fruit. Pandoro is star-shaped and classically made without fruit. Each needs its own mould to keep its shape.
