The cutter is ideal for different types of dough, fondant or marzipan. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter with flour before use to prevent the dough from tearing during processing. A thinly rolled out dough will be crispy after baking. If you prefer your biscuits softer, you can leave the dough about 0.5 cm thick. For stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this holds the dough together better. As soon as you notice that the dough is too sticky or too warm, you can put it in the fridge for a few minutes. Now cut out the biscuits and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper before baking them at 200°C until golden brown. Once the biscuits are baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing, sugar icing or tempered chocolate. The cutter is also ideal for decorating with fondant or marzipan. To do this, roll out the fondant or marzipan with a rolling pin and baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, you can clean the cutter in the dishwasher.
