How is it used? Cut out the motif, press the embossing button once or twice and remove the biscuit cleanly with the ejector. Then bake at around 200 °C until golden brown. Tip: Use cold butter for doughs; if the dough becomes too soft, chill briefly. Royal icing or sugar icing can be applied precisely to the contours thanks to the embossing.
