With the motocross cookie cutter with ejector, you can create great embossing on the biscuits that will remain clearly visible even after baking. The cutter is made of very robust material so that even children can cut out biscuits without any problems. It is best to roll out the biscuit dough to a thickness of around 0.5 cm. Cut out the biscuits, hold them on the table and press the embossing button once or twice to create the embossing. Then release the biscuits by pressing the button again and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cut-out biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Once the biscuits have cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing. Divide the icing into as many bowls as the number of colors you want to use. You can then use a brush to color the biscuits. If you prefer it less sweet, you can also decorate the biscuits with melted chocolate. The cutter is also suitable for decorations made from fondant, marzipan or modelling chocolate. Knead the mixture briefly and roll it out very thinly on baker's starch. The finished decorations can be decorated with royal icing as described and then attached directly to cakes, cupcakes or muffins with a little edible glue. After use, the cutter can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher.
