The treble clef cutter measures approx. 10 x 4.3 x 2 cm and is suitable for various types of dough as well as for cake, cupcake and muffin decorations. What is it particularly practical for? The embossing makes decorating easier, for example with royal icing: contours are already pre-drawn and can be traced in color. How is it used? Roll out the lightly floured dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out the motifs and bake the biscuits at 200 °C until golden brown; a slightly thicker dough preserves the embossing particularly well. Cold butter gives dough stability - if the dough becomes sticky, cool briefly. The stainless steel cutter from Städter is suitable for the dishwasher and is therefore quickly ready for use again.
