Roll out the dough thinly with the rolling pin; we recommend a dough thickness of approx. 0.5 cm and a lightly floured work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold for beautifully embossed biscuits. Bake the cut-out cookies at 200 °C until golden brown. Tip: Cold butter provides stability for doughs. The apple cutter can also be used to create delicate fondant or marzipan decorations - ideal for decorating with royal icing or chocolate.
