With the muffin cutter with ejector, you can make great embossed designs on biscuits. The cutter is made of robust material so that even children can cut and bake with it without any problems. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, cut out the biscuit with the cutter and hold it down briefly to create the embossing with the embossing button. Then simply remove the biscuits with the cutter and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. After baking, you can decorate and finish the biscuits with royal icing. Prepare the royal icing as described in the instructions and divide it into as many bowls as the number of colors you want to use. You can then use a brush to color the biscuits. You can also stick on sugar decorations or, if you prefer something less sweet, decorate the biscuits with melted chocolate. The cutter is also suitable for decorations made from fondant, marzipan or modelling chocolate. Knead the mixture briefly, roll it out very thinly on baker's starch and then cut out the motifs with the cutter.
