Hammer cookie cutter

The hammer cutter is perfect for different types of dough or as a fondant or marzipan decoration for cakes, cupcakes and muffins. The cutter measures 8 x 3.5 x 2 cm and is made of stainless steel. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cookie cutters lightly with flour before use to prevent the dough from tearing during processing. Use cold butter to keep the dough stable. If it is too warm or too sticky, place it in the fridge for a few minutes. After cutting out the biscuits, place them in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake until golden brown. Once the biscuits have cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing. Prepare the mix as described on the packaging. To ensure that the icing is not just white, you can color it with ProGel colors. Divide the icing into as many bowls as you need colors. One dab of ProGel is enough to achieve an intense color. Apply the icing to the cooled biscuits with a brush and decorate with sprinkles as desired. Then place the biscuits in a dry place to set. The cutter can also be used for decorations made from fondant or marzipan. Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin and some baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, the cutters can simply be cleaned in the dishwasher.
