This silicone stencil embosses stars into biscuits, roulade bases and cake edges, cleanly and evenly. What is it suitable for? For roulades, cake edge decorations and biscuits with embossed motifs to enhance your creations. How is it used? Place the stencil on baking paper, spread a dough mixture of flour, sugar, butter and egg white with an angled spatula or rubber scraper and color as desired with cocoa powder or food coloring. Bake at approx. 230°C for around 8 minutes. Place the roulade base on baking paper, carefully remove the silicone base, cut the embossed biscuit base into strips and process further. Then remove the template and make the actual roulade or biscuit dough. Also suitable for airbrushing on fondant, marzipan or Massa Ticino.
