This silicone stencil embosses fir motifs in biscuits, roulade bases and cake edges. The fir roulade mat, small 30 x 20 cm, is suitable for intricate motif embossing with a decorative effect. What is it suitable for? For roulades, cake edge decorations and biscuits; also for airbrushing on fondant, marzipan or Massa Ticino. How is it used? Place the stencil on baking paper. Spread the mixture consisting of flour, sugar, butter and egg white with an angled spatula or rubber scraper, dyed with cocoa powder or food coloring as desired. Bake for around 8 minutes at 230°C. Place the roulade base on baking paper and carefully remove the silicone base. Cut the embossed biscuit base into strips and process it further. Remove the template and prepare the actual roulade or biscuit dough. Use the fir roulade mat, small 30 x 20 cm, to create attractive fir patterns.
