Cookie cutter with ejector heart wavy

The cookie cutter with heart cutter is perfect for different types of dough, fondant or marzipan. The cutter measures 6 cm x 5.5 cm x 4.5 cm and has an internal embossing. This means that your biscuits are already cut out with the required contours, which makes decorating with royal icing much easier. All you have to do is color the embossing with the color of your choice. Before using, make sure that the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter are dusted with flour or baking starch. This will prevent the dough from tearing during processing. A thinly rolled out dough will be crispy after baking. If you like your biscuits softer, you can also leave the dough about 0.5 cm thick. We recommend this thickness, as the inner embossing of the cutter remains more visible. Now cut out your biscuits and press the embossing button once or twice. Then lift the cutter with the biscuit and press the button again to release the biscuit from the mould. We recommend using cold butter for a stable dough. The cold butter holds the dough together, making it easier to lift the cut-out motifs onto the baking tray. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes as soon as you notice that it is getting too sticky or too warm. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and then bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Once the biscuits have cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing. Prepare the mix as described on the packaging. So that the icing does not just remain white, you can color it with ProGel colors. Divide the icing into as many bowls as the number of colors you want to use. One dab of ProGel color is enough to achieve an intense color. Then apply the royal icing to the cooled biscuits with a brush. Finally, you can decorate the biscuits with sprinkles. After decorating, place the biscuits in a dry place to harden. The cutter can also be used for decorations made from fondant or marzipan. To do this, roll out the fondant or marzipan with a rolling pin and baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, the cutter can be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning.
