The mini heart in a ring cutter is perfect for different types of dough as well as for fondant or marzipan. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter lightly with flour before use to prevent the dough from tearing during processing. For stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this makes it easier to place the cut shapes on the baking tray. If the dough is too sticky or too warm, put it in the fridge for a few minutes. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until they are golden brown. As the biscuits are very small, they are less suitable for decorating, but all the better as fine decorations. The cutter can also be used for decorations made from fondant or marzipan. Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin and some baking starch and cut out the motif. After use, the cutter can simply be cleaned in the dishwasher.
