3D Chocolate Mold Gnome, 2-part
The Chocolate Mold 3D Gnome, 2-part, made of high-quality Polycarbonate allows the casting of two gnome chocolate figures per pass. Dimensions: 8.2 x 8 cm, height 16 cm. The permanently mounted metal handles secure the mold halves reliably and allow easy, even rotation of the mold for a professional wall thickness.
Properties & Application
Material: high-quality Polycarbonate. Figures per pass: 2 pieces. 2-part with permanently mounted metal handles. Before use, clean with lukewarm water and a gentle dish soap free of Lye and rinse aid, dry and polish. Do not touch the mold with your hands. Use only high-quality, tempered couverture. No water must enter the couverture.
Making up, casting and demolding the gnome figure
Optionally make up the mold with Cocoa butter colors or tinted couverture: work from the outside inwards, allowing each layer to dry slightly. Then brush the mold with the main couverture using a brush, fill one half, fold the mold halves together and secure with the metal handles. Slowly rotate the mold in all directions for 2 to 3 minutes to achieve an even wall thickness. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. To demold, carefully insert a Spatula between the mold halves. The finished figure can be refined with Fondant or Sugar decoration and packaged.
