Chocolate mold boots - fillable, polycarbonate

Cast a Christmas chocolate figure that can even be filled - ideal as a personal gift for young and old. The chocolate mold creates a wintry boot with space at the top for sweets, small messages or homemade chocolates. Wrapped in a small bag, the gift is ready in no time at all. What is the shape suitable for? For original Santa surprises, Advent gifts or as a decorative element on the festive table. How is it used? Before use, the mold should be cleaned with lukewarm water and a mild detergent without lye or rinse aid, rinsed thoroughly with lukewarm water and dried completely. Do not touch the inner surfaces directly afterwards; hold the mold only by the edge and polish it with lint-free absorbent cotton or a very fine handkerchief. Only use high-quality tempered couverture. Temper in the appliance or in a water bath - make absolutely sure that no water gets into the chocolate. Chocolate bars from the supermarket usually do not become liquid enough and do not provide the desired quality. Colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture are suitable for make-up; white couverture can also be colored with fat-soluble powder colors. For a beige tone, mix 1/3 milk couverture with 2/3 white couverture. Work from the outside in and use clean, dry, grease-free brushes, sponges or gloved fingers. Allow the details to set briefly and coat the entire mold with the desired couverture. Turn and tap the mold lightly so that no air bubbles remain. Put the two halves together, secure them with clips and fill the mold completely. Tap, empty, repeat the wall thickness if necessary, wipe off the edges and chill for 2-5 minutes. Coat a baking paper with a thin layer of couverture, press the chilled mold into it for the base and chill for a further 10-15 minutes. Remove the clips, chill again, carefully remove the figure and decorate as desired with fondant or sugar decorations. Thanks to its high quality, the mold will last for hundreds of uses if handled correctly.
