If you are looking for concentrated colourants, you have found just the right thing with Progel gel food colours.
With these food colours, you can create a colour gradient with just one tube of gel :) The less you use, the more pastel the colour will be. But we can assure you that you don't have to empty the tube to get a vibrant colour, because just a few drops are enough.
Please note: This gel is not suitable for colouring pure chocolate.
Use: Add a little gel (to the sugar paste/marzipan, cookie dough) and knead to obtain an uniform color. Repeat until the desired color is obtained.
Recommended usable dose: 3 g/kg.
