With the teapot cutter, you can shape biscuits and decorations from fondant or marzipan in no time at all. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter with flour before use to prevent the dough from tearing during processing. Cold butter is best for stable dough, as it holds the dough together better. Place the dough in the fridge as soon as it becomes too sticky or too warm. Roll out the dough, cut out the designs and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper before baking them in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Once the biscuits are baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing, icing or tempered chocolate. After use, the cutter can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
