For various types of dough, fondant and marzipan - ideal for adding messages to pastries or desserts. The letter V cutter measures 6.5 x 6 x 2 cm and ensures clear contours. How is it used? Lightly flour the work surface, dough and rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, cut out, place on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Cold butter is ideal for kneading dough; if the dough becomes sticky, chill briefly. Once the biscuits have cooled, they can be decorated with royal icing and colored with ProGel colors; sprinkle decorations as desired.
