Marzipan, brown
Made from almonds and sugar, this marzipan adds a delicate almond flavor to your creations and is a popular addition to cakes. What is it suitable for? The marzipan is suitable for coating entire cakes, for example for the classic Swedish cake with its green dome. To do this, roll out the mixture to a thickness of 4 to 7 mm on some baking starch or powdered sugar. For a dome with a diameter of 14 cm, 250 g is sufficient. Then cover the cake, cut off the leftovers, knead them and use them for the decoration or wrap them airtight. As the mixture is a little sticky, it adheres well and other elements stay in place. How is it used? Shape figures, flowers or fruit as well as marzipan potatoes that are finished with cocoa powder. Brown is also a suitable choice for pastries and delicate pralines; a sliceable praline with chocolate ganache and a thin couverture coating is just as successful as a moist fruit and almond cake.Product Name & Allergy Information
