Ravioli cutter round 4.8 cm

With this ravioli cutter, you can make even ravioli with neatly sealed edges. It is ideal for cutting out ravioli cleanly and sealing them well at the same time. Roll out the pasta dough thinly and place small portions of filling on the dough with enough space between them. Moisten the edges lightly, place a second sheet of dough on top and press the cutter down so that the filling is centered. A little flour helps to prevent sticking. It is best to place the shaped ravioli on a floured kitchen towel until ready to cook. The ravioli cutter is not suitable for the dishwasher and must be cleaned by hand. With this ravioli cutter, you can make homemade ravioli easily, cleanly and with an even shape.
