White flower paste 200 g
Filigree sugar flowers, leaves, ruffles and borders are particularly fine and dimensionally stable with this white modeling paste. What is the paste suitable for? For large, wafer-thin flowers, use it pure; for small flowers, leaves and meshes, knead 50% flower paste with 50% roll fondant. The white flower paste can be rolled out very thinly and hardens completely in a short time - also ideal for directly sculpted figures. How is it used? For faster hardening fondant, tear off a piece and knead about 1/4 of the flower paste into 3/4 of the fondant for 1-2 minutes; embossed details remain stable this way. Use embossers or modeling tools to create veins and fine edges. The flower paste can be colored with an airbrush or painted with powder colors; powder can be applied directly or mixed with a little alcohol to make a liquid color. The recipe is typically based on sugar, glucose, water, corn starch, binding agent (CMC) and egg white. This ensures elasticity and quick drying.
