What is this mold suitable for? For casting a bunny motif with a sliding element. How is it used? Rinse the mold lukewarm, dry and polish it, bring it to room temperature and work exclusively with correctly tempered couverture: melt, cool, reheat, ideally check with a chocolate thermometer. Draw fine details with a cornet, larger areas with a brush; allow each layer to set briefly and turn the mold over in between to check the result. Then brush the mould evenly, remove air bubbles by tapping lightly, wipe off excess couverture and leave to crystallize in stages in the fridge; place the base on baking paper and chill for around 30 minutes in total until the figure comes away cleanly. The chocolate mold supports precise contours and a clean result if the mold is clean, dry and free of grease. The chocolate mould can also be used to create colored details - for example with white couverture, which can be dyed with fat-soluble powder paint.
